What is DealerAI?
DealerAI is a conversational AI platform built for automotive dealerships. It automates customer communication across multiple channels — including SMS, email, webchat, voice, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Chat — providing intelligent, context-aware responses on behalf of your dealership.
The DealerAI Reach feature handles lead enquiries that arrive from dealership websites or third-party listing sites like AutoTrader.com, routing responses through the most appropriate channel automatically.
