Vehicle Services

Define the maintenance and repair services your dealership offers so the Service AI agent can discuss them accurately with customers.

The Vehicle Services section lets you configure the service types and pricing that your dealership's Service AI agent can discuss with customers. Accurate service information helps the AI answer questions confidently and book appropriate service appointments.

Overview

The Service Agent uses your Vehicle Services list to answer questions like "How much does an oil change cost?" or "Do you offer tire rotations?" — and to suggest the right service type when booking an appointment. Each entry in the list represents a service your dealership performs.

Vehicle Services List

The main view shows all configured services as a table or card list:

Service nameThe name of the service (e.g., "Oil Change", "Brake Inspection")
DescriptionA customer-facing description of what the service involves
PriceListed price or price range (e.g., "$49.99" or "from $89")
DurationEstimated time to complete the service
ImageOptional image representing the service

Adding a Service

Click Add Service at the top of the vehicle services list
Enter the Service name as you want it mentioned to customers
Write a clear Description explaining what the service covers
Set the Price — use approximate ranges if pricing varies by vehicle type
Optionally add a Duration estimate and an Image
Click Save

Common Services to Include

Add entries for every service your dealership commonly performs:

  • Oil change (conventional, full synthetic, semi-synthetic)
  • Tire rotation and balancing
  • Brake inspection and replacement
  • Battery test and replacement
  • Air filter replacement
  • Multi-point inspection
  • Wheel alignment
  • Coolant flush
  • Transmission service
  • Wiper blade replacement

Editing and Removing Services

Click any service entry to edit its details. Remove services that are no longer offered so the AI does not mention discontinued options to customers.

Pricing in Vehicle Services is informational — for AI conversation use only. Updates here do not affect your DMS or billing systems.

How the Service Agent Uses This Data

When a customer contacts your dealership about service, the Service Agent queries this list to:

  • Confirm whether a specific service is offered
  • Provide pricing information
  • Describe what the service involves
  • Suggest related services when appropriate
  • Offer to book a service appointment
